REMINDER: ACTION REQUIRED FROM CHANGES TO APPROVED PARTICULARS

These updates reflect changes to NHS structures and guidance on the use of the NHS identity.
Pharmacy Practice leaflets, therefore, should no longer refer to Primary Care Trusts or NHS Direct and instead refer to NHS England and NHS 111, in line with the revised NHS identity guidance published in 2017.
These Approved Particulars come into effect 31st July 2018.
Your new leaflet must be available to patients on this day.
The other approved particulars contain no major changes, and no further action is required for them at this time.
However, please familiarises yourself with the changes to the Approved Particulars, especially relating to the Pharmacy Practice Leaflet.
